Evergreen Village is a mobile home park outside of Sycamore, Ill., which may soon be purchased by the county, forcing everyone to move out. The neighborhood floods nearly every year, sometimes multiple times a year. It sounds like there is nearly enough money in the county/state budget to purchase it and return it to prairie.
