Last week, republican primary presidential candidate Ron Paul was in town for a fundraiser in San Francisco and a speech at UC Berkeley.
As per usual, the fundraiser was closed to the press so I was limited to photographing supporters outside and the Dr. Paul’s exit. Thankfully, I had some pretty interesting supporters to document.
The line to enter the no-media fundraiser.
The most eccentric looking Ron Paul supporter was actually a very calm and reserved individual. Despite a tri-corner hat and cape, John would hold very calm conversations with pedestrians about who the support for president and why he thinks the right choice is Dr. Paul.
The inverse, this woman took to yelling at people on the street about her support for Ron Paul.
