Troop 14 celebrates memorial day by attending the flag raising (subsequently half-mast) and flag planting for every tombstone in the Presidio National Cemetery in San Francisco. Other troops and cub scout packs from around the city help as a flag is placed in front of every grave for soldiers going as far back as the civil war.
