A week ago I went back home for a couple of days and was able to take some engagement portraits of my sister Christina and fiance Andrew. I had a fantastic time shooting them over two days in about 5-6 locations around San Francisco.
My sister used to hate it when I took her picture. “The stink eye,” as our family refers to it, was often reserved for me and my camera. Maybe its the engagement, but she has really opened up to it concept and actually approached me with the idea of doing some portraits. I’m really happy she did, because I think we made some really great stuff.
For the tech people everything was shot on Canon 5D Mark 2’s and a 24mm f1.4 and 70-200mm f4. I didn’t bring any lights either.
The last one is my favorite.
